Full plot approx 250 sq m £70
Half plot approx 126 sq m £40
Starter plot approx 63 sq m £25
Water tap on plot £20

Deposits are require for:

• Plots and will be returned on termination if the plot is left in good order.

• Keys and will be returned when handed in.

Taps can be removed if required however no new water taps will be installed unless required for accessibility.

Rents and water tap costs must be paid by cash or cheque on the rent days in November and are subject to yearly review.
